He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. In his youth he was a Junk Dealer, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Junk Dealer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Seamstress, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Raer was born the youngest of three triplets. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
