Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. A true patriot, Ahvain would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Himo was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Himo was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
