Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Quarion hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and many gnolls want him driven away

History: Tharivol was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and further expansion of business
