History: He comes from a rich southern family. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: Heian was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His golden hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 83. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
