History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Rael reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Peren's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Peren enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and to get a good night's sleep

History: The child of a Sculptor, who enjoyed hunting, Galinndan was taken on many hunting expeditions. Galinndan was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Barrister. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and to find somewhere to settle down
