Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat. His hair is black and very short. His blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He got into the Brewer business at a young age. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Efferil grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Efferil. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Brewer and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: This man stands a little under 5'3" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.

Personality: Lamlis is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. The war was a terrible time for him, and Lamlis does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Lamlis was born with his mother's beautiful face. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born in a small desert village. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortbow.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and to get a good night's sleep

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sculptor.
