His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
