History: Heian hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Through the years after Heian was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Heian's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After months of barely getting by, Heian managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sculptor.
