Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Jeweler who has hired him part-time. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and wants a kiss

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Beiro embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Beiro grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Beiro. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has decided he is irredeemable

His skin is flawless and his blue eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
