Personality: Nim hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Nim was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has achieved small success as a Map Maker.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and balancing his hectic life and new map maker responsibilities is difficult

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears a simple grey robe with green stripes complete with hood. He has a very tight haircut. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He is content.

Description: A middle-aged man, he prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman, and is pretty ugly. He has wavy golden hair. His eyes are gray.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Gifted from a young age, Ahvain studied abroad. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fisher. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is a great chef.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A freak accident while working with his Cartwright mother left him crippled. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
