Personality: Adran is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Adran's homeland. Adran decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adran fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and revenge

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Hadarai and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Traki grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Traki. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Hadarai will drive conversation. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.
