He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Butcher. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Butcher for hire.

Personality: Laucian is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
