History: Paelias was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Seamstress arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered dire rats who tried to eat his hand. He now mingles about in high society.
