History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Arannis took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up sai and armor he uses now. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times, and is pretty ugly. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Nim never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite.
