History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He struck the Brewer job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new brewer responsibilities is difficult
