Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. Paelias is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Naal is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Naal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
