History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He became a Miller soon after.

Motivation: To be a Guard again; and he would like to get married and retire

Personality: Carrie wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Carrie grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Carrie. He has achieved small success as a Performer.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Performer responsibilities is difficult.

A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born in the west. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has taken up work as a Barrister and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. Korfel was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Shepherd. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and retire the richest man in the west
