History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He married young, but lost his spouse to illithids. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and he feels kind of lost in life

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Tharivol was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He struck the Miner job and began his own company from there.
