History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. After a long history of fighting, Efferil and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a knight and was forced into it by his family

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.
