History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Efferil was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he's looking for his big break
