Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Paelias was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

He prefers to carry a falchion, but if one is not available he will default to his greatsword. He has dyed his greying blonde hair a little too much giving a sharp blonde color. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.

Personality: Arannis is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born in the west. His first spouse was a Bather, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Himo fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to share knowledge with the world
