History: Heian was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Being a Apothecary kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
