History: He got into the Sage business at a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He tends to his Sage job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. During his travels, Varis and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Varis discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Varis fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: Born in the east to a Guard, Berrian learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
