Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His golden hair has been sun bleached extensively. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Vanuath took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor he uses now. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Engraver kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Gennal was born the youngest of three triplets. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Shepherd. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
