History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ivellios was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and an old rival family wants him found

History: Born to a Performer, his father struggled to pay the bills. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Quarion alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Berrian embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Soapmaker father left him crippled. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
