Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. A true patriot, Vanuath would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Vanuath took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up morningstar and armor he uses now. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vanuath fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Map Maker arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Laucian abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
