Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: He wears a black shirt, with a grey mid length shorts with grey tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'0" when asserting himself. His hair is red and curly. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Efferil was born the youngest of three triplets. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he feels threatened by others

Description: This man wears bulky red painted plate armor. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized opal on his right hand. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy golden hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Gifted from a young age, Caeldrim studied abroad. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Caeldrim grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Caeldrim. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His hair is golden and very short. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Naal was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he is greedy

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears a violet cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Mindartis embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. A true patriot, Mindartis would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Mindartis was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
