Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Blacksmith born in the past three hundred years. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Blacksmith for hire.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He hates goblins. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Traki alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Aerdeth was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Aerdeth's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
