History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gifted student he started as a Sellsword, but he got bored and became a Performer. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

History: Carrie hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Carrie grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food.
