Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Miner responsibilities is difficult.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his grey robe. He has blonde hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Herbalist they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Carpenter, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a robe, a symbol of luck around his neck, and a rapier on his belt. His long blonde hair reaches down to his waist. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Heian embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Heian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Heian. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Description: This slender man stands about 4'11". He wears a fancy white suit. His hair is cut close to his head. He has violet eyes and a white hat with a tan feather.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Carpenter. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
