Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Laucian enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it.
