History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After months of barely getting by, Theren managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Aerdeth grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Aerdeth grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Aerdeth. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Arannis was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Thervan has worked very hard to control his curse. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
