History: Varis was born with his father's beautiful face. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Outside of the suit he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He keeps his silver hair in a flapper bob. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Varis lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Herbalist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. After a long history of fighting, Peren and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he is greedy

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Lamlis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He became a Knight soon after.
