Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Rael was raised in a hard working conservative environment. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Glassblower for hire.
