Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Theren was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dyer for hire.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.
