History: He was born in a small plains village. Varis was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Cartwright. History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Marshal. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and to settle down with his crush

History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after Aust was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Aust's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
