The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born to a Laborer, his father struggled to pay the bills. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Aust was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He's also a talented Laborer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by lycanthropy.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a simple green robe with red stripes complete with hood. His blonde hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He is baby faced.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Aelar embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Aelar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Aelar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
