History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
