History: Arannis was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Ahvain was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Ahvain's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
