History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Being a Courier kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy black stubble. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has a hunchback. His black hair is lengthy. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Ivellios lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Ivellios was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ivellios decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Barber profession.

History: He was born in a small plains village. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants revenge against gnolls
