Personality: He is happy with his job as a Fletcher. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gifted student he started as a Slave Trader, but he got bored and became a Fletcher. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Caeldrim was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it
