Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Paelias grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Paelias. After months of barely getting by, Paelias managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
