History: He comes from a rich northern family. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Navigator they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Roofer, and he later adopted a second son.

When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spice Merchant. He has achieved small success as a Spice Merchant.
