During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
