History: Born in the south to a Bellfounder, Galinndan learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has worked as a Bellfounder like his mother before him.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Fivin is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He's also a talented Ruler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mayor. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he has decided he is irredeemable
