Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rael grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rael. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
