Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Korfel is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He has styled his blonde hair well, parting it to the left. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Varis is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by vampirism.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. Sporting a red mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and to pay off his debts

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'9" when asserting himself. His silver hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Korfel grew up listening to his mother's many stories. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He's also a talented Banker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.
