His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Dilettante for the past few years.

History: Vanuath lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Locksmith arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Rolen was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Rolen decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
