The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Aelar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Blacksmith.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Blacksmith responsibilities is difficult; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Paelias has worked very hard to control his curse. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
