History: Paelias hails from a village terrorized by orcs. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Knight for the past few years.

His black hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To be a Courier again; and balancing his hectic life and new cook responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Varis and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Theren was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Beggar. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
